Allow mods to pin posts to the sidebar Currently two sites, Outdoors and Photography are running month-long contests. Currently, both are showing up in the Hot Posts list, but that will only be for a week or so. Could it be possible to add the ability for mods to pin a post to the sidebar manually? (more) |

Don't show the option to create a tag unless no existing tags match the search. When tagging a question, as you type in Tags field its shows the option to create a new tag at the top. Would be nice to have a link to chat on the main sites. Currently, this site and Outdoors have discord servers set up for chatting, supposedly Writing has one as well but I haven't been able to find it. I shouldn't be able to vote on deleted posts. There is one deleted answer here and given that is has been deleted, I shouldn't be able to either upvote or downvote it, but I can. It looks like up and downvotes on the deleted answer are also effecting the users reputation. (more) |

Can the close notice be moved to above the question? Here is what one of the closed questions looks like, and as you can see one would have to scroll all the way down to find the link to the dupe target. I think it would be much better if the close notice was above the question (more) |

Can related questions be added to the sidebar? A feature that SE has that Qpixel lacks is the related questions in the side bar. It makes it easier to find other similar questions or even duplicates. A: Is it really necessary to sign up for Codidact META when already signed up to Codidact? It's because there are two different software platforms here, - forum.codidact.org is running on Discourse - meta.codidact.org is on running on QPixel. At some point the idea is to stop using the Discourse software I think but till then the two software types will require different logins. (more) |
