Question What do "YOU" need to realize those improvements?
I have finally noticed why there is sometimes a "How can we grow this community" in the Featured box and why it is missing on Meta... There are separate pages for each community! Which I think is a good idea to get special ideas tailored to the community. I have now read through the Software-De...

Question Observations on Codidact's presentation to the outside world
I put some thoughts into the problem of attracting more people and the Incubator concept. I have ideas and suggestions I'd like to share. Maybe it gets something going. If not, also fine. Current State To the outside world "Codidact" is the name that is presented. This is the name that sticks i...

Comment Post #292282 to focus better: Is this the basis of a story you want to write? Or is the intent just curiosity? In case a, answers could focus on "why there are no such cases" --> This would be a case for Writing or creative thinking maybe. in case b, answers could only be given if there is one such case. B...

Comment Post #292282 Is this maybe a sign for a new community like "Crime Scene Investigation Topics" ("CSI Topics")? Could be interesting for authors of Writing as well, if they are into a story of that kind and need specific background info.

Comment Post #283318 As stated in the comments for SciFi&Fantasy, where else should all those fans go otherwise? There is no haven for them, so they do not come here... On a sidenote: With JBH and elemtilas you have the top of the top of Worldbuilding:SE here on board. I consider myself new, but I will help to push th...

Comment Post #280162 A suggestion, because I see there is also a proposal for "Movies&Co": Add all categories that have a good fit _apprently_. Like: "Sci&Fantasy", "Media", "Literature" and "Movies" (and maybe also "Worldbuilding", I'd love that one) and then see how they develop and where the people are drawn to wit...

Comment Post #280162 I think Codidact is in dire need of a haven for fiction/fantasy/novels/movies/games/etc. I really miss this one on the main site. The only thing that comes close to this "mindset" is "RPG&Tabletop"! Although Writing may cover some of the aspects (a minimal subset), but that is absolutely not obvio...

Comment Post #279390 Looks like you are looking for a super-level title. What about "Media" or "Popular Media", "All about Media"? Although I favor "Sci-Fi&Fantasy" more (but I understand that this will feel excluding to other genres, which might not be wanted) and think "Literature" is too specific if it has to include ...

Comment Post #282542 I would definitely follow & contribute (but unlikely ask currently) Arts&Crafts. My expertise is in digital art/software 3D/2D, UI/UX and photography, painting only a little.

Question Bug/Improvement in the tour on "upvote"
I just signed up and wanted to take the tour, but it kind of aborts abruptly when explaining "upvoting" the first answer. After two retries I realized this is because I did not click on the actual "upvote" button. But I didn't enter any text either and just used the "Next" button to navigate throu...
