I had mark all of them as read. But, when I click any notification. That notification is automatically marking as unread. This may not be annoying but, this is obviously a bug.
Marking notifications as "read" one by one ends with an empty blue circle with no number. Refreshing the page will make the circle go away. This was seen in a Chromium-based browser.
