Put the title input field above the body in comment threads

I suggest to put the title input field above the body in comment threads.

The commenting box is already a bit frustrating to use, as opined by some community members including myself; creating a post title under body may be nice for posts, but I don't find justification for it when creating a threaded comment, which by design should be shorter and swifter to create altogether.

If it wasn't clear, I mean to the "Comment thread title" appearing when creating a new comment thread, described in this image:

In this image I explain with a red line where is the comment section at present and where I would prefer it in the future

Disagreeing with that for two reasons:

First of all, the same argument as for posts applies that title should be written after the body because it is intended as a kind of summary and you can't summarize something that hasn't been written yet. The idea of the title is to give users a quick overview about the topic of the thread aa definee by the first post. It's more like an "abstract" for a scientific paper than the title of an essay.

Second point is that the comment thread title is optional; therefore it should be deprioritized in comparison to the main body which is obligatory.

Therefore the body should be first IMO.

This misses the thought process behind titles. (1 comment)
This misses the thought process behind titles.

Maybe for some people, they dump out a message, then go back and think what a summary of that message is. That's not how I think of writing a message, and from comments here, a decent number of others don't write like that either. I know what I want to say, else I wouldn't click on "start new comment thread" in the first place. The first thing I want to write it the title. For me at least, that helps focus thoughts on what the message really is, and makes it easier to write the details. Having to scroll down to write the title, then back up to write the text is annoying, and distracts from the thoughts that are supposed to go into the post. The title below the text feels nannyish, and a bit like others are imposing their religious beliefs on me.
