Display post titles instead of the URL for internal links
Currently, when pasting a link to somewhere on Codidact, into posts or comments, the link is rendered in the output the same way it's written in the post source; that is, the URL. The parser should output the title of the page it's linking to.
The same can be achieved manually, by visiting the page linked to, copying its title from the page, and then using the Markdown formatting:
[<title>](<url>)
This feature request is constrained to internal links only.
Post
A step toward this: if you choose "copy link" on a top-level post, you now have two options, the raw link and a Markdown version. The Markdown version uses the post title as the link text. So it's not automatic -- if you paste a URL in from your browser you'll get a naked link -- but it's possible to get the friendly version without having to go collect the title manually.
"Copy link" on an answer doesn't populate the link text, so you still have to fill that in. Would it be better or worse if we filled it with something like "answer to (Title)"? If you wanted to say something more specific like "the answer suggesting jQuery" you'd have to edit out what we generated and then add your text. On the other hand, you'd always get something.
