Question Add an icon for verification (for mods)
>Context for images: I know that Monica is a staff member of Codidact, which also makes her a mod, so if there's a question you have about the images, here's the context. I have recently learned about Stack Exchange's new update on the tagging of accounts. Here's an example photo of a mod in Stack...

Comment Post #282651 Both topics have quite a cross, and although they're completely different topics, their types don't differ. Both categories can mind both of their businesses, but if it gets bothersome, there might be the chance of splitting. With all that said, yeah, I (kinda) agree that a split can occur, but that'...

Comment Post #282653 But now that we got that ahead, let's also talk about the linking of RPGs and videogames. Sure, I wouldn't know exactly what're considered tabletop, but there is, if not a ton, an amount of RPGs that're indeed videogames. This could be discussed sooner or later, but what matters is that the site has ...

Comment Post #282653 This is indeed the biggest form of an answer I've seen here. I'm not going to give my thoughts on whether this could be a form of agreement or disagreement, but yes, this is indeed something to look after. After all, if communities don't seem to get along with their concerns and others applied on the...

Comment Post #282651 @#53922 Off to a good start with the disagreements. While I'm not sure exactly what you're fully implying, I can tell you mean the testing of the game in-development.

Comment Post #282561 I'm a casual user of another Q&A site, specifically for homework of types, so maybe we can deal with some form of advice that could take the precautions of bland homework simply being answered with more bland answers. I see it all the time in there, so we'll need to figure out how to avoid such scena...

Question Ideas on the separation of Game Development from Videogames CD
Videogames Codidact is taking it's time to form an audience and I'd like to talk about something regarding it. There has been discussion in chat if Game Development should leave Videogames CD at some point, and there's been also a few circumstances on why it might be the case or not. On one hand, ...

Question A letter didn't bold in suggested edit page
Okay, you're probably confused. Let me explain. I use the web browser Chrome to use Codidact and would find something off about the letter "M" in the formatting box. In other words, it looks like it got bolded for some odd reason. Here's more proof why it's likely. If you go to certain places wher...

Comment Post #282328 Okay, I guess you're right. I'm sure that's in a previous revision, so given how the proposal looks like right now, maybe we can settle that the proposal is "allowed".

Comment Post #282328 As in your case asking *why* we should ask questions regarding the topic in Codidact because it's from SE doesn't mean it's not allowed. In many cases, since Codidact existed before SE did, most of their topics were, indeed, imported from SE to support a "better" environment for asking questions rath...

Answer A: Movies, TV, Drama
For the sake of the community that would support such a site, let's focus on the summary in this answer. Add whatever the site could basically be about, what it has, categories it includes and guidelines that summarize how the site acts like. Also, think of a name and we can discuss it in chat. Su...

Comment Post #282621 @#53922 That's not what I'm trying to make you do. Don't add the text `Haha, ` and `funi.` into the MathJax labels, rather put them outside of it and keep the equation or mathematical bits into MathJax. What I'm suggesting here is not to exactly build a feature but add a detail where selected MathJax...

Question MathJax isn't highlighted when selected
Still a high schooler, I like adding some style on my equations for answering math assignments and I've been using MathJax from Mathematics SE to grab symbols for the better of it. A certain case is the use of $\angle$, which I recommend you go to Mathematics CD to test it. Here's the strange thin...

Comment Post #282578 > Does it make sense to limit this beyond the length limit for the comment as a whole? What would be a reasonable balance? I don't think you need to make the limit go even further in many cases. All I want is support for multi-line code blocks.

Question Comments don't like multi-line code :/
I was in the middle of doing something in Software Development CD and I've decided to make a comment thread regarding something from the answerer's quote. I went writing a comment and added a multi-line code: ``` use gen-purp func main() { char c = 'A'; say(makeint(c)); } ``` The...

Answer A: The homework dumps are coming - how about a network-wide policy?
I'd actually love the idea of having such a policy when it comes to homework questions. We could start off though with how SE could deal with such homework questions, apart from closing them and deletion of dumps. Here's my draft of such policy: > # Homework guidance > If you're willing to ask...
