This is still an early iteration of this feature, so we expect there to be requests for improvements or tweaks to it — post them here! A community should have the ability to reject a specific ...

Right now I can only go off memory as to which questions I have nominated for the Community Ads unless I see them in the sidebar or try to renominate them. Can we get a list (not sure if it should...
I made an edit to a post on Software.codidact, and because I don’t have the Ability to edit, it says it’s pending a review. However, I was a bit surprised to see that it was still pending after mor...
Moderators can now see a list of promoted posts and can remove a question from the list there. I acknowledge the imbalance: anyone with the Curate ability can nominate, but only moderators can rem...
Honestly, if you want Medical Sciences CD a reality, then perhaps make it a one-site community. Take for example my proposal on Videogames CD, where it contains 2 completely different categories: ...
Recently, I faced some issue with markdown. When I write text in the following way then markdown of ">" isn't working (was working earlier). <hr/> > > hello I faced some pr...
status-completed Regression: comments with mathjax aren't properly rendering in the in-page preview (see General Comments here), but they do render properly on the full thread page (example). Rel...
feature-request Read the thread's message and title. The thread's title and message is completely same. That's not a good thread. I think that user was confused with title. Even, another user had ...
When comments were all shown directly under the post with no way to collapse them, it made sense to restrict formatting that could make them take up a lot more vertical space. But (a) we do allow ...
I'm not a videogamer, so I'll admit up front that I'm generalizing from related areas: as a boardgamer or RPG player, would I want to share space with people creating games, game systems, modules, ...
Consider, strictly as an example, the question updating a function within a struct on Software Development. There's a reasonable number of programming languages where something like that might be ...
Instead of adding another button, we've made search more robust. Better documentation will be coming, but you can now search for answers:#. answers:0 finds unanswered questions. Actually, it fin...
This is by design. You might already be signed in on your phone or tablet, but what if you want to sign in on another one? We drop this from the top menu because it's less likely if you're already ...
Usually, maximum length of post body is 30,000 characters. And, maximum length of post title is 250 characters. Reported here. Length of thread title is also 250 characters. I was thinking, "Should...
I noticed that there are now suddenly two permalink-target links in comments. From a question page (on a comment posted by another user): From a comment thread page (this particular comment hap...
When one clicks the inbox or the arrow that makes a list of sites show up, clicking elsewhere doesn't close them - you need to click on the inbox or arrow icon again to make their respective dropdo...
This is fixed using the approach Mithical suggested in a comment: when the last comment in a thread is deleted, the thread is now automatically deleted.
Basically the title. In category feeds containing Articles (e.g. Meta Blog or the Code Golf Sandbox), Articles don't have the "posted <time> ago by <user>" as with Q&A posts.
This is by design. Sometimes, for example for the Code Golf scoreboard, we need to have a direct link to the answers. Since on questions with many answers the answers are paginated and the order is...
While checking Codidact Meta tags, I saw this <i>test</i> tag . The tag doesn't have usage information or detailed wiki. Likely, it is made for testing purposes or made accidently and I...
Done. I also found and nuked [my-test], [status-this-is-a-test], and [somebody-test] (eliding the identity of "somebody"). We, uh, need a way to make newly-created tags more visible for community...
Hi! Sigma here, one of the documentation co-leads along with Mithical. These are some great ideas. I agree with the overall sentiment that our Help pages could use some love. We face a bit of a ch...
Mithical here - the other documentation lead along with Sigma. A couple notes on this suggestion: Separating network vs. community help: I like that idea. As Sigma mentioned, there are a couple d...
When clicking "edit" for a comment, the character count is initially shown as "0 / 255", with apparent disregard for the length of the comment. Making a change, the actual character count is updat...
