Comment Post #278364 @Moshi Is there a specific reason that you did not quote the whole sentence? The sentence is "**If you want me to find them**, you should first appoint me as Codidact chief executive officer." Do you know how one can find out the meaning of a conditional sentence? Do you know that the consequent of a...

Comment Post #278364 @Moshi It is **obvious** to **all** that I never said "why not just let me do it?" nor meant that; I explicitly stated in my answer that I can find other unpaid employees to manage Codidact. I am never interested in such positions. I can assure you the community team are aware of the mentioned post a...

Comment Post #278313 @FoggyFinder Sorry, I cannot accept your implication. Let us allow the author of the post clarify what they meant. In fact, the clause after "too busy",which can be easily understood from the rest of the text, was ellipted. The sentence without any ellipsis is :"they are too busy to consider Codidact a...

Comment Post #278313 @FoggyFinder (Continued) Please see some comment under the below answer: "The post is however classic internet trolling: not interested in contributing constructively but posting for the sole reason to cause conflict and drama." Such a comment has not been considered as *disrespectful*; then, my sent...

Comment Post #278313 Thirdly, the sentence you quoted is a professional advice to the community team. I reread it many times, and I **cannot** find any disrespect in it. Some of the community team stated somewhere in my thread that they are busy and they can devote only their free time to Codidact, so I advised them eith...

Comment Post #278313 @FoggyFinder Firstly, you do not need to ask for my permission to advise me; even, any offensive disrespectful nonconstructive criticism would be welcomed. Secondly, my last paragraph is the most important part of my answer; I would not have posted my answer if that part had not been to be put. By th...

Comment Post #278313 "You should all step down and give me complete power" is another false claim; I never said that. I only mentioned a sentence **in parentheses** stating that **if** you are unable to find unpaid employees, I can do that in case I have some authority. I mentioned such a statement **only** because of pr...

Comment Post #278313 "The answer, especially in the broader context of the question (from the same author) and other activity, came across as disrespectful bordering on personal attack" is obviously a false claim. I always use respectful language in my posts, which is completely clear in my posts on Meta. Some community ...

Comment Post #278183 Thanks for your answer. Although I still believe that using the word "constructive" in the code of conduct is not *constructive* (because it is highly subjective and in practice no one can question any of its interpretations), I prefer to trust your answer because it has good intentions. Please also ...

Comment Post #277917 Thanks for your answer. Can I conclude from your answer that the Codidact community team prefer to preserve the basic features of the SE model, which is a successful one, and try to improve them, rather than risk testing a novel idea?

Comment Post #277913 @Zerotime I think it is clear enough. For example, the design of the website, the existing features such as flagging, closing, deleting, editing, voting, ... posts, using tags, reputation and privileges model, and so on.

Comment Post #277893 Thanks for your answer. My concern here is not why my meta post was closed. But, when I saw that my meta post had been closed as not constructive, I thought that the unwritten SE policy also exists here. If I had wanted to judge, I would have never asked my question here. By the way, I do not dislike...

Comment Post #277892 Thanks for your answer. I was not (and am not) annoyed by downvotes; quite the contrary, I like to be downvoted and opposed. But, when I saw that my meta post had been closed as not *constructive*, I thought that the unwritten SE policy also exists here. I did not conflate the two. By the way, as you...

Comment Post #277854 Thanks for your answer. I accept this answer. So, I conclude from your answer that even if there are enough participants for a community, the community team will not launch it in case it overlaps considerably an existing one, right?

Comment Post #277851 @FoggyFinder The point is that such a community may be disliked by several active Meta users; one may find many interested people other than them.

Comment Post #277851 @Lundin Your suggestion can be a good one. However, my question is general, not limited to a specific case. By the way, as I explained in this [site proposal](https://meta.codidact.com/q/277345), I cannot hope that we have an alive math community.

Comment Post #277577 In my opinion, if anyone report any bug even in poorly-described way, they should be encouraged because finding any bug can help the website to be more functional. By the way, some community developer asked me to add a screenshot of the bug, and I explained to them that I cannot upload any image (ano...

Comment Post #277577 I posted that site proposal to see whether there exist enough people interested in such a community or not. After deleting my answer from the math community proposal, I did not challenge anyone about their idea. Those people disagreeing with my idea can easily ignore it.

Comment Post #277345 @Sigma Thanks for your comment. Please see my previous comment. I have explained in the post why the relation between physics and mathematics is different from the other ones, so I think such restriction should not be considered as incredibly arbitrary. Comment Post #277345 @OlinLathrop Thanks for your comment. I also agree with you that having separate sites is a better idea. However, as I said in the post, there would probably not enough regular contributors to keep each community alive; the math subjects are so diverse that many people would be needed for a math comm...

Comment Post #277007 @MonicaCellio I meant the general features any SE network has. Comment Post #277007 @MonicaCellio I think it is not a good idea to ask people how they can contribute to a community before launching its site. People's answers will depend on the features, norms, population, ... of the community. In my opinion, it is better first to launch a test site and then invite or ask people to c...
