Vote summary refers to "you" even for another's profile Votes summary page of my profile In the votes summary page of my profile it says: > A daily summary of votes you have received for your posts. This is an accurate description of my vote summary page. However, if I look at someone else's vote summary page, it still says "votes you have rece... (more) |

Quick copy button for code blocks Code blocks have a maximum height, after which any extra content scrolls vertically. This can make it tricky to copy the code for testing or adjusting when answering a question, or assessing an answer. Sometimes while trying to[]() highlight the code in the code block ready for copying, other text on... (more) |

Question | — |
Support lists (bullets and numbers) in comment markdown I understand that comments are intended for brief queries about the post content, but in the Meta sites I sometimes find it useful to be able to quote part of a post in a comment. Block quotes already work in comment threads, so I can enter the following: ```text > Excerpt from an answer Query... (more) |

The last paragraph of this bug seems to relate to a bug I raised recently [Tag duplication in post edit mode](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/287037) (more) |

Not sure if there's sufficient overlap to call this a duplicate bug, but definitely seemed worth linking to the previous bug [Tags shown on a question can differ from tags shown when editing that question](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/276589) (more) |

Question | — |
Tag duplication in post edit mode Tags input box showing "bug" tag twice Accidentally clicking on the blue "bug" tag above the tags box in post edit mode adds the tag "bug" even if it is already present, resulting in it being present twice. Deleting it with the little "x" makes it appear to vanish, but it comes back when another t... (more) |

Question | — |
Typo in error - Tags can't have more than 5 tags Error saying Tags can't have more than 5 tags I'm guessing the first "Tags" is a typo and should instead say "Posts" or perhaps the name of the specific post type? (more) |

There seems to be a more general problem so I have raised [Search does not search the title of posts](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/287032) as this does not seem to be a problem with only exact search, but with any search. (more) |

Question | — |
Search does not search the title of posts The search only appears to look in the body of a post, not in its title. For example, searching Codidact Meta for "determine" finds posts that have "determine" in the body, but does not include the post [What is an easy way to determine my Trust Level] which contains "determine" only in the title ... Thanks for raising an issue Monica. I did try manually changing the url to include `sort=activity` and it didn't change the order of the list like it does for `sort=age`, so I guess that means there is at least some backend change required. Great to know it's on the horizon though. (more) |

@#8049 That seems so logical now that you mention the other elements. I've been doing that for menus but it didn't occur to me that dialogue boxes would work the same way. Thanks for explaining! (more) |

Question | — |
No escape from reactions dialogue box I clicked on "react" on an answer on Codidact Meta and found that the only available reaction is "Outdated", which I don't want to use. Thanks for the quick response!
I've now created an issue and tried to create a pull request for my fork but the contributing guidelines say to target the develop branch, and there doesn't appear to be one for the landing-page repo. Is there another branch I should target? (more) |

Process for fixing a typo on codidact.org Is there a preferred process for making minor fixes such as typos on codidact.org? **"filters can be defined, named, and reused"**
I like this idea of being able to save filters, so you only have to write each one once. I also like this idea of being able to modify existing filters so that you don't have to write each one from scratch. Both of these abilities could be even more ... (more) |

Thanks FoggyFinder - that issue helped me narrow down the problem.
