A: Trying to edit an answer results in internal server error; edit gets recorded, but not promoted to current revision This is most likely something to do with a data import that's running right at the moment and taking up a lot of database time. Ideally we'd be able to switch the sites into read-only mode, but we don't have that ability yet - maybe some time in the future. Meanwhile, we should be back to normal soon... (more) |

Email isn't a secure mechanism, which is also part of the reason I've stayed away from SMS codes. That said, maybe it's enough to put an "are you sure - using an app is more secure" disclaimer before enabling it.
